What's stopping you? Mostly, you are.
You hear that little voice in your head that says you can't. We all hear those voices. Ironically, it's that very doubt that keeps us from taking the actions that would help us most.
So what to do? In the simplest terms, if your voice is telling you that you can't do something, START DOING THAT THING. Just start. Take a few steps. You'll learn as your go, you'll get better and your confidence will grow along the way.
.
What else can you do?
Accept the self doubt: we all have it. I just means you are growing, so live with it.
Recognize that your inner self doubt voices are full of shit, that they play dirty, and that they are not very truthful
Remind yourself that whatever trying to do is bigger and more important than your pissant self doubt voices
Chunk it out: focus on the next step and then the step after that. Much less daunting than trying to tackle the whole thing at once.
Stop stopping yourself, and oh, the places you will go.
