Yup. The holidays can induce all kinds or runnin' round and stress. Funny thing....just like work. Here's a powerful technique that helps free you up to focus on what really matters. It'll help you get more done and stress less at work.....or at the holidays.
Try this:
On screen or on a piece of paper, make three columns and fill them out. Column 1 = things I absolutely MUST do. Column 2 = things I can do REALLY, SERIOUSLY less of, delegate or just not do at all (THIS IS THE KEY). Column 3 = cool/important things I can now do because I’ve found extra time.
Example:
As said, this technique works at work (by having you focus on what matters and pass on what doesn’t). And it works on the holidays, too.
