How to make your ideas heard more often.

You have good ideas. No wait, scratch that. Your ideas are awesome. So why the hell aren’t they being heard and adopted more often?

Naturally, you think your ideas are spot on because...well....they’re your ideas and you came up with them based on your world and your experiences. But if your ideas aren’t hitting the nerve with their intended audience, it might be because you’re not putting yourself in your audience's shoes and really living in their world. What do they really want? What do they actually need? What's truly going on with them and what will help?

Think of your intended audience when you are crafting your ideas - and especially when you are presenting them. You'll be listened to way more often.

At least that's my idea....
